As you can see from the announcement on the main page, Yuku says they've fixed the bugs in the threaded view. The Naval Help forum has been set to the
threaded view; I invite you to go and experiment and see if they really have fixed the bugs and made it something worth having.

At least on the main page you do get a listing in the order of who replied to whom. When you go into the main post, all replies to anything within the thread
are displayed in chronological order, regardless of the threading. If you click on a sub-thread reply, only the replies to that thread will appear, again in
chronological order. So it is kind of a hybrid of the old board threading and the regular Yuku display.

Is it something we want to try here? Looking for some kind of consensus before I do anything rash...

For the reasons I outlined here (why's that not
a sticky thread?), I oppose it. Threaded Yuku seems to combine the worst of two worlds.
The fact that you needed to know was not known at the time that the now known need to know was known, therefore those that needed to advise and inform the Home Secretary perhaps felt the information he needed as to whether to inform the highest authority of the known information was not yet known and therefore there was no authority for the authority to be informed because the need to know was not, at that time, known or needed.

I agree with Pengolodh's view.
