A quick question here from my Trolls down in the crypt.
Agusta in Italy built two variants of the Bell Huey for naval service - the Agusta-Bell 204 and Augusta-Bell 212.
Did these helicopters have the capability to fold either their main rotors and/or tails to enable them to fit into hangers on frigates etc.?
From the Troll's enquires so far they have unearthed nothing to suggest that this was the case.
PS. They are also interested on whether anything folded on the Aerospatiale Alouette III?
