Germany would be left with a fleet more than capable of defending the Baltic. Are we assuming loss of all her colonies or retention of some of the more of a drain than asset colonies eg the Pacific territories?

As the video explains- the fate of the Hochseeflotte hung in the balance until the French forced the issue and the German admiral acted rather than let allies split up the fleet. but let the Germans keep the older quarter of the fleet. Given a more stalemate victory , its conceivable the Armistice arrangement could have been more moderate. Perhaps taking the wind out of the ToV "Dictates".
Obviously a calculated risk.

Maybe America limits French/English retribution in the effort not to leave a power vacuum in central Europe , especially with a growing commie threat.
To address allied fears the BAYERN BB could be disarmed with the main turrets warehoused in Germany under allied inspections.
Alternatively Koenig could be kept instead of Bayern That could mean....
101 kt BB = Koenig [25kt] + Hindenburg [26kt] & Derfflinger [26kt] + Seydlitz [24kt]
78kt CL = 2 Koln [5.6kt] + 4 Konigsberg [5.4kt] + 2 x Brummer [4.3 kt] + Frankfurt [5.2kt] + 2 Graudenz [4.9 kt] + Pillau [4.4kt] + 2 Strassburg [4.5kt] = 2 Kolberg [4.3 kt]
20.6 kt TB = 18 x TB1916M [920t] & 4 TB-1914M [930t]
Using GRONER VOL-1 normal displacement.
