Aren't all British cops proficient with at least one kind of firearm? I thought the days of the unarmed bobby were over.

The scene where the (armed) parachutist surrenders to an unarmed policeman reminds me of a movie, was it "Battle of Britain"?

With regards to hooligans; I wouldn't mind them being crucified. It's a huge problem here in the Netherlands.
