It sounds as you have trouble brewing in the Baltic. Not an unreasonable result of DB & DKS since the Russians would have both an oppertunity to cause some
trouble and any sort of activity would take some pressure off the RN.
The DNs would be a great concern, provided the Germans didn't know how mutinous the sailors were. What were the German intel on the Kronstadt situation?
Fast cruisers... LOL! You can have SMS Königsberg your Highness...
)))) Those aren't exactly HSF surplus these days...
I doubt Albion without the HSF participating in 1915 would be a good idea, and the HSF have it's scheduel fully booked EGZ, DRS, GAS, 10CS, ESB... for 1915. Albion in mid-late 1916 though is a possibility. If the RN isn't defeated by then it is unlikely that it ever will be so the HSF might be put to other uses then.
Handing over KWII sounds like a reasonable request unless it is used for something important, but is it fully crewed and combat worthy after it's been sitting in port as flagship for quite a while? If nothing else it was likely looted for replacements following DKS.
