I've got Shattered Sword, and I can recommend it. A readable account of the battle, which puts things into context (background, plans, doctrine) in a way that comes over well (I don't know much about CV operations, but the book did a good job of walking me through the procedures - and accompanying limitations - of the Japanese spotting a strike on deck, in a way other histories I've read don't handle).
