Its called the German empire ore in German the Deutsches Kaiserreich and yes the name fourth Reich is probably not being used by the Germans as it could be interpreted that it is the official successor to the Nazi third Reich instead of it being the reinstated Deutsches Kaiserreich.

My answer I don't now but I tried my best to create something plausible as nobody now's what the July 20 plotters would have done if the had succeeded so I put my conclusion what I tough and put them in my DDW timeline , you must remember I try to create a timeline that is good but sometimes things appear that are not the right choice ore plausible.

And what the future of Germany will be is a new old style government how knows that even whit everything the did to remove them self of the previous Nazi government it will be remember as nation who previous ruler killed millions of people and started a massive war that will affect the German empire for a long time.
