LOL!
You caught me, Milsy.
Jim Carver left a while back (he's with the GMP now apparently) and Reg is also leaving. I haven't seen him for a while in an episode and I think I much preferred putting in the far more attractive Emma Keane (now sadly deceased, coincidentally caused by a bomb) Sally Armstrong, Beth Green and Diane Noble, not to forget Sgt Nikki Wright. It does seem like Harrow does
resemble Canley when it comes to coppers.
I take it you noticed the London's Burning characters as well then? |

Some of the Sunhill ladies are more attractive than others; without wanting to be superficial that one with the massive nose really hurt my feelings! I do hope the ginger copper; the top guy in sunhill, gets hurt in this conflict; he has possibly one of the most annoying voices on telly. Again Jan, keep up the good work and hurry man, hurry! Kind Regards

Some of the Sunhill ladies are more attractive than others; without wanting to be superficial that one with the massive nose really hurt my feelings! I'm assuming you mean Si Bastian (PC Sally Armstrong); she's the only one I can think of with a largish nose? I think she's quite pretty myself,
I mean I would, but then I'm not all that discerning (alive, about my age, not totally hideous about covers it I do hope the ginger copper; the top guy in sunhill, gets hurt in this conflict; he has possibly one of the most annoying voices on telly. Man, that's cruel. I have often wondered if that is really is his hair, it looks a bit like a syrup to me. |

I think I missed the S: "Really hurts my feelings" Ali Bastian is the one yessss. See she is pretty, thats the thing, but her nose kind of puts me off. Still, superficiality rules OK! Female and a pulse sounds like it covers it I think the Bill goes through phases when it thinks it has to reinvent itself, or to "sex up" itself. I really don't know why. The core audience will watch no matter how little breast is on show. Yes the bosses are always putting it about; I did like Browlow, if a bit too dithering for me. I liked the one I referenced in the WtD thing I did too, Chris something... all the ones around that time seemed more 'real' than they do now. I do quite like Neil Manson at the mo thought; somehow he reminds me of Sam Tyler from Life on Mars.

Good chapter Jan. Others have beaten me to the obvious comments but....I couldn't help visualising that Reagan's now squashed motor ( cars look pretty
sad when crushed, as one of mine was by a tree that flattened my carport ) was an old white Jag!
I must also say that I am looking forward to how you pen the British response to this attack. They can't do a me-too as they lack an analogous aircraft and a bomb of that type which is that big. A few Bones seconded to the RAF and kitted out with RAF roundels? Wouldn't that make life interesting for Soviet intelligence! Also in this day and age British police services must be armed. And not with revolvers either. Jonathan |
