Some of the Sunhill ladies are more attractive than others; without wanting to be superficial that one with the massive nose really hurt my feelings!

I'm assuming you mean Si Bastian (PC Sally Armstrong); she's the only one I can think of with a largish nose? I think she's quite pretty myself, I mean I would, but then I'm not all that discerning (alive, about my age, not totally hideous about covers it ). How did she hurt your feelings, btw?
I do also occasionally find the crumpet factor on The Bill a bit distracting. For example on the last story-line about the mad bomber (he was the obvious creepy bloke) they had an attractive female DI on attachment from Counter Terrorism Command. Now while her low cut tops were appreciated, I can't help but feeling that a DI in real life would not dress like that on duty.

I do hope the ginger copper; the top guy in sunhill, gets hurt in this conflict; he has possibly one of the most annoying voices on telly.

Man, that's cruel. I have often wondered if that is really is his hair, it looks a bit like a syrup to me.
I miss old Brownlow and Conway myself. Now while they had their faults they were proper bosses, Brownlow for one did not shag a DC's girlfriend.
