Hi I have released part 28 of my DDW timeline and will I did my best I would like to hear comments ore even some advice on how to improve the part ore other things related to the timeline.

And I apologize if my English is not so good but I tried to do my best to get part as correct as possible.

Some more insight to the timeline I have created.

Reichskommissariat and Reichsprotektorat

Reichskommissariat Belarus and ostland

Before Germany became a monarchy again the German territories in the east where part of the Reichskommissariat Ostland who controlled the occupied Eastern territories of the former Third Reich, this changed 6 months after the establishment of the new fourth Reich ore German empire when the imperial government brook the former Reichskommissariat Ostland in two new administration areas which are headed by Der Reichskommissar für das Ostland out of Riga and Der Reichskommissar für Belarus out of Brest.

The two Reichskommissar are subject to the minister für die Deutsche Gebiete im Osten who old name was the minister für die besetzten Ostgebiete/Ministry for the Occupied Eastern Territories but was renamed to reflect that those areas are no longer occupied but part of the German empire.

The last thing the imperial government did was to remove all power the former SS had and give the military and security aspects of the two administration areas to the full control of the Reichsheer.

Reichskommissariat Belarus

The Reichskommissariat Belarus was created in late 1945 when the former Belarusian Central Rada and the former Generalbezirke of Belarus where merged to form the Reichskommissariat Belarus becoming a independent administration which handles the daily affairs in the occupied Belarus territory with its administration located in the city of Brest.

It has its forces which fall under the Reichsheer command and control , the security force are called the Belarusian imperial interior force ( BIIF ) which is a 25,000 strong force and the imperial Belarusian home defense corps (IBDC) which numbers some 20,000 as of June 1946.

Reichskommissariat ostland

Formerly the Reichskommissariat Ostland was the main Nazi civil administration in the occupied Eastern territories of the Third Reich but this changed when the new Reichskommissariat ostland was created which is much smaller now then before the separation in two new administration areas.

Reichskommissariat ostland still has its administration based in Riga where the Generalbezirk/General district of Estland (Estonia), Lettland (Latvia), Litauen (Lithuania) and eastern Poland are administer from.

The Reichskommissariat ostland also has it one local security force called the Ostland Interior Guard and has a current strength of some 20,000 men will also having more then 100,000 people native from the Reichskommissariat ostland serving in the kaiserliche Streitkräfte.

West Poland dos not fall under the two administrations but falls under the direct control of the minister für die Deutsche Gebiete im Osten which also includes the former Generalgouvernement territory's.

Reichskommissariat Ukraine

The Reichskommissariat Ukraine is the third Reichskommissariat with is seat in the city of Rivne where the Der Reichskommissar für Ukraine has office and runs the daily affairs of the Reichskommissariat Ukraine on behave of the minister für die Deutsche Gebiete im Osten.

The Reichskommissariat Ukraine has also its one independent force which unlike the Reichskommissariat are regular Reichsheer divisions and belong to the Deutsch-Ukrainische Reichsheer which was formed to allow citizens of Ukraine to join the German Reichsheer but to allow local commanders loyal to Berlin to be in control , the army is made op of I Deutsch-Ukrainische Division , II Deutsch-Ukrainische Division and the Ukrainische Freiwilligen-Division which was the former SS-Freiwilligen-Division Galizien and was transferred to the Deutsch-Ukrainische Reichsheer in late 1945.

Reichsland Bohemia and Moravia

The German empire also controls the Reichsland Bohemia and Moravia ore known previous know as the Reichsprotektorat Böhmen und Mähren.

The Reichsprotektorat was created in 1939 and remained a in this forme until the new imperial government decided that the former Reichsprotektorat Böhmen und Mähren was to become a Imperial Province and which in early 1946 was done when it became the the Reichsland Bohemia and Moravia.

The Reichsland Bohemia and Moravia is administered directly by the imperial government in Berlin but has some measure of autonomy.

Good question and about this I can tell this the Concentration Camps where closed by the new German government and about the war crimes this is what happened in the DDW timeline.

The Wurzburg trail

The Wurzburg trail was the trail the new German government did in order to clean the old government op after the won the Berlin uprising and formed a new government will many people where sentence these are only the big fish who are mention here, ore the big three trails who where conducted .

The Wurzburg trail

Martin Bormann , sentenced to death
Hans Frank , sentenced to death
Wilhelm Frick , sentenced to death
Ernst Kaltenbrunner , sentenced to death
Wilhelm Keitel , sentenced to death
Joachim von Ribbentrop Sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Alfred Rosenberg Sentenced to death in absentia, ( was in hiding found and arrested sentences latter change to life in jail du helping in arresting Julius Streicher ).
Julius Streicher ( no trial du to him hiding but thanks to a tip from Alfred Rosenberg arrested and later Sentenced to death ).
Baldur von Schirach Sentenced to 20 years in in prison.
Joseph Goebbels Sentenced to Life in prison.
Adolf Eichmann , sentenced to death
Fritz Sauckel , sentenced to death

These person who where sentenced to dead where hanged in July to Augustus 1945.

Subsequent Wurzburg trails

SS trails

Several other trails where also conducted mostly focusing on the SS and related persons working in concentration camps which the German imperial government has denounce as a crime against humanity plus several SS officers with the Himmler faction during the Berlin uprising.

Of the 33 persons in the SS trails more then 12 where sentence to death will the other 21 received prison sentences ranging from 10 years to life imprisonment.

Doctor trails

One of the other subsequent Wurzburg trails was the trail against doctors who faced two charges which where.

1 , performing medical experiments, without the subjects' consent, on prisoners of war and civilians of occupied countries, and participation in the mass murder of concentration camp inmates.

2 , crimes against humanity: committing crimes described under count 1 also on German nationals.

Of the 23 persons in the doctor trails , seven were acquitted and seven received death sentences with the remainder received prison sentences ranging from 10 years to life.

How does the poisonous dwarf get life in the slammer? Same with JvR. I think its clear that they would both get the noose; Ribbentrop for waging an aggressive war and Pauly boy for his behaviour as Gaul. for Berlin. This is the man who planned Kristallnacht, and even for that, ifthats the only thing you could get evidence on, he'd hang. (It was him, IIRC, in 1938, who first considered Jews having stars to identify themselves) Alot of this he wrote in his diary, so the allies might not get much access to that, but most he also expressed publically in news papers and the like.

Maybe Joachim von Ribbentrop , Joseph Goebbels and Baldur von Schirach did deserve the death sentence but that did not happen and maybe I should have but I can not change my timeline du it being so far from the point of the Wurzburg trail.
