Based on the title of the picture, the first one looks to be U-9. There were two -- one in WW1 and one in WW2. This one definitely looks like the WW1 vessel.
http://www.uboat.net/wwi/types/index.html?type=U+9 The second one could be any of a number of early WW1 German U-boats. From the title, it is probably a boat that was still in service in 1917, so it could be a U-17 or U-19 class. Uboat.net has some info on all of these. http://www.uboat.net/wwi/types/ |
