BTW - running something similar to A-H, I use the following distinctions:
Active Imperial and Royal ("federal") units are Reichswehr.
Reserve Imperial and Royal ("federal") units are Landwehr.
Provincial troops, militia, like British Territorial Army, are Heimwehr. Would "Hearthguard" be a reasonable translation?
Anything glaringly wrong with the above?
