What kind of people would go in for this. At first I thought it was a joke like something from the Onion site. I have heard that there is a hotel in eastern Germany that recreates the whole DDR experience for those wierd enough to want to relive it. I wonder if DisneyWorld would consider adding this. Call it Sovietland. Urg, I've now got an image in my head of being tortured by Mickey Mouse. Mind you is that all that different from what happens now?

Worn out speakers blaring scratched recordings of "La Internationale" continuously. Machine gun toting security personnel insisting on seeing your papers at every intersection. Waiting in long lines to do anything, and the monstrously expensive exit visa to leave. Wait that sounds like my last semester at Grad School. B.

From their recent actions they would be very much at home there. Maybe they would want to stay. Better for all the rest of us if they did.
