Of course, so would the hilldog. Even so, I think the best outcome in her case would be to prosecute her, then give her a pardon. Crushes the Clintons' remaining political capital, while avoiding the martyrdom any actual imprisonment would bring.

I still see this overall matter as management failure. Typically enlisted sailors react to how commanders drill fear into them. Don't sub commanders elevate abuse of shower rights to mishandling of hazards?
The evil in possession is quite different from the evil to leak or aid/abet an enemy.
