BB turret arrangement statistics

I made some irrelevant statistics of how popular different turret arrangements were in modern completed big-gun ships (dreadnoughts + the three pocket battleships) - not taking the number of gun mounts per turret into account.
Nore: my turret position nomenclature might be amiss

AB 6
Three turrets
ABC 2
ABY 29
Four turrets
APQY 10
AQXY all centerline ('Dante') 8
ABQY+ABXY 44

Five turrets
APQXY (2 wing turrets) 17
ABQXY + ABXYZ (all centerline) 36
Six Turrets
ABPQXY All centerline 6
AOPQXY 2 wing turrets 2
ACDPQY(??) Hexagon - 10(!)
Seven turrets 1

I'd discount the Deutschland class - they were heavy cruisers.

does this include the Espana class?

10 Hexagons - I understand this is 8 German and 2 Japanese?

I wouldn't be so surprised about the large number of hexagonal turret arrangements, it's probably the most efficient way of cramming enough guns onto a ship with VTE engines without using superimposition.

Er...some errors...
AY 6: F, C, G + Panzerschiffe (if we include them)

Imperator Nikolai was not completed

The ABPQXY (2 wing turrents) line is low: the Rivadavias (2) and the Courbets (3 or 4? I forget.)

Courbets and the Brazilian pair had P & Q side-by-side, while the Rivadavias had them en echelon... does that require separate listings?

If you count Nikolai I, you must also count the 4 Borodinos... and all other laid down but never completed Dreadnaught/post-Dreadnaught Battleships.

Nicolai I not counted - it was me suggesting the inclusionof that ship. I was mistaken in thinking it finished.

I recalulated the whole stuff, corrected some mistakes. Only ships where actual work was started is included (order does not count)
