The availability of a bingo field is key. With one available, &#39;iffy&#39; conditions can be risked. If deck movement increases to an unacceptable level
after launch, there another place to go. I saw the go-go decision made one time - it&#39;s was CAG&#39;s call, and there are no rules that I know of.

However genuine certifieable tailhookers would certainly know  more.
