			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Economy cruiser killers are what you use if you cannot afford real BCs. Since the LettersTime HSF owns the only BCs in the Atlantic they do not require
additional cruiser killers.</p>

<p>What LettersTime Germany does need are CLs to accompany the BCs, for commerce interdiction using mines, torpedoes and gunfire. In other words LettersTime
Germany needs a bunch of Brummer type CLs.</p>
