Found it in Warship International, No 3,1996 and modified it slightly (coal only, armour is guesswork and took the endurance reuqirement from the invitation to tender ;-) )
it got approx. 2x the size of HMS King Canute

Improvements

Now with 8 heavy guns and much more armour. I think the 18" torps are a waste of space. This ship would be good for Coronel or Falklands. Good for showing the flag in the colonies and shore bombardment and for chasing down the odd German raider.
