        <![CDATA[  Design me an Armored Cruiser intended for foreign station, to protect her majesty&#39;s colonies from the threats posed by raiders in the light cruiser or
smaller category. These ships should also be able to serve in secondary duties such as mine-laying and raiding enemy commerce. Ideally, we want ships that
displace much less than contemporary battlecruisers and cost much less as well. Otherwise we would just buy the battlecruisers and send them in instead.

Now with 8 heavy guns and much more armour.  I think the 18&quot; torps are a waste of space.  This ship would be good for Coronel or Falklands.  Good for
