        <![CDATA[  Say that the CVL Shoho had survived the Port Moresby operation, more or less with her airwing intact (perhaps the initial American strikes hit S&amp;Z instead
of Sho).


 Considering that the Japanese deployed just about every carrier they could muster with an airwing, how would Shoho have been used in the Midway operation?
Were there any pre-Coral Sea deployment plans for her? If not, what would be the most likely deployment use for her? If her airwing as intact, it wouldn&#39;t
suprise me... ]]>

according to Mark Horan there had been a big shuffle of air personel just prior to Midway that saw many pilots transfered from the CV&#39;s to leadership

1) Soryu appears to have had aboard 2 D4Y Judy scout aircraft.

2) Both Akagi and Kaga launched a single B5N2 on search missions at Midway.

 Considering that the Japanese deployed just about every carrier they could muster with an airwing, how would Shoho have been used in the Midway operation?
