			<description><![CDATA[ This is all economics. Ideal is the most effective with the technology.

For WW2 the optimum would be ASXY triple 16inch/50 for th USN. Fire control/ 2700 pound AP shells/ turret design.
<br>

All the designs after 1922 were aflicted with Washington treaty contamination. Yamato is infected with twisted Bushido mind set.

It is hard to tell what is best or optimum since technology was constantly changing. ]]></description>
