			<description><![CDATA[ Has college football under the BCS system degenerated so far that is has basically become a backlicking system for a few select teams? I have never been a fan
of college football. I am even less of a fan of their ranking system that bases ranks not on wins but who you win and lose to which is a very subjective
system. There also seems to be a huge amount of favoritism when it comes to votes.
